Mesh To Solid for Bricscad Publisher's Description

Mesh To Solid for Bricscad is a polygon mesh to 3d solid conversion plug-in for Bricscad®. This plug-in gives Bricscad the ability to convert a mesh into a solid. Mesh To Solid for Bricscad adds several commands along with a menu which houses them.
Meshes are often used to describe closed solid or open surface objects. However, general solid modeling software do not have methods to manipulate or modify mesh objects. Solid modeling operations such as boolean operations (add, subtract, intersect), extrude, offset, fillet, chamfer, rib, draft, shell, hollow, etc. are possible only with solid or surface objects. Moreover, there is no way to convert a mesh into a solid so that the solid modeling operations can be carried out on it. Mesh To Solid for Bricscad solves this problem by giving you the ability to convert a mesh to a solid.
Mesh To Solid for Bricscad is designed to be extremely user friendly and easy to understand. To convert a mesh into a solid simply run the ConvertMesh command and select the meshes you wish to convert.
Mesh To Solid for Bricscad adds new commands to Bricscad. All the commands start with "MS" (stands for Mesh To Solid) to distinguish them from other Bricscad commands and commands added by other plug-ins. These commands are housed in a new menu called "Mesh To Solid" which is added to the Bricscad menu. The commands added are:
MSConvertMesh - Convert a mesh into a solid
MSOptions - Display Mesh to Solid for Bricscad options
MSMeshProperties - Display Mesh to Solid for Bricscad options
MSMeshMerge - Display Mesh to Solid for Bricscad options
MSHelp - Display the Mesh To Solid for Bricscad help file
MSRegister - Register your copy of Mesh To Solid for Bricscad
MSAbout - Display the Mesh To Solid for AutoCAD About box
